Brief: Our customer wanted a warm, premium look for an open-plan kitchen with underfloor heating—something elegant like real wood without the high-maintenance demands of real wood.
What we did: We meticulously moisture-tested the concrete subfloor, applied a smoothing compound to create a level surface, and installed elegant Straight Lay Plank LVT throughout the kitchen-diner and hallway giving it a flawlessly clean finish.
Why it works: LVT effortlessly handles spills, pets, and daily life, while delivering that timeless parquet look. It's also significantly quieter underfoot compared to hardwood.

What we did
We uplifted the carpet tiles, repaired and smoothed the subfloors, then direct-stuck a heavy-contract carpet tile to the stairs using a solvent-free high-tack acrylic adhesive. We fitted commercial stair edgings (aluminium) with slip-resistant inserts for safety and durability, and finished the landings & hallway with carpet tiles installed with pressure-sensitive tackifier for easy future replacements. All thresholds were completed with colour-matched commercial transitions for a clean, professional finish.
